Bret Easton Ellis, writer of ”American Psycho,” claims actor Matt Bomer can’t be cast as a straight character because he’s openly gay. Not sure if Ellis knows what ‘acting’ is.

I can never tell whether Bret Easton Ellis is consciously performing the role of “asshole novelist” or whether he’s just a jerk.

Esther Day

although it’s passed, I’m still thinking about Esther and Esther Day. It’s just kind of amazing to me that even though most of Nerdfighteria didn’t know her personally, we still care so much about her and her day and what it all means. I didn’t know her personally, but as a Nerdfighter, Esther and her Day both mean a lot to me. This amazing, amazing community that is Nerdfighteria is somehow brought so much closer together, if only for one day, to remember someone we may not have even known. I know it’s so much more than just that, but basically, I love being a part of Nerdfighteria. I think that in the wake of Esther Day, and for a while after as well, we all feel closer in this community.
